The Immigration Policy Tracking Project existed during the last Trump administration and they are back now! They keep track of policy changes, EOs, proclamations, etc. Be sure to filter by Trump 2.0 to get only this term's policies.
The American Immigration Lawyers Association has a similar tracker
Another trusted resource, generally, is the American Immigration Council - they do good work in advocacy and education and regularly post timely articles.
This helpful Substack written by Austin Kocher, who generally focuses on America's immigration enforcement system.

Rapid Response Team - WAISN volunteer training:
Response Teams are groups of trained individuals who are activated to document and provide support to affected families when activity, raids, or detentions by immigration agents are reported in their community. You can join alone or host a watch party! Sat March 29, 2025 12 pm–2 pm HERERapid Response Trainings:
Our community must urgently begin to prepare, inform and organize in the face of this situation and know that in their area there are groups that can document any ICE activity in the community. Join this workshop to learn more about existing rapid response networks that support communities, build pressure to stop detention and deportation, and ultimately keep families together.
